Appointment Scheduling
DaisyRoo Skin Studio is available by appointment only. Due to the unique studio atmosphere of our space, we recommend that you schedule your appointments no less than one week in advance to ensure your preferred time and day.
Cancellations & Changes
Should you need to make changes to or cancel services, notice is appreciated 48 hours in advance and required 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a 50% service charge. We understand that sometimes last minute emergencies occur. In this case, we would allow one reschedule with less than 24 hour notice. Reschedule must be completed within two weeks to avoid charges. Please remember that we have set aside the studio and therapist time to provide you with your scheduled experience.
Arrival
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may complete any required paperwork and relax prior to your service. We pride ourselves on beginning your services promptly. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time in order to remain on time for additional clients. Thank you for understanding.
Comfort & Serenity
Please silence you cellphone upon arrival for complete relaxation. At any time during your treatment if you experience any discomfort due to temperature, massage pressure or music volume, please let us know. This is your time for rejuvenation and relaxation and we are here to ensure the best experience possible.
Waxing
In order to achieve maximum results with waxing services please make sure hair is 1/4 to 1/2" long (approx 3-4 weeks of hair growth). The longer the better so that the wax can adequately grab the hair. We use Cirepil wax exclusively. This stripless wax ensures that the wax adheres to the hair not the skin. This is especially effective for those with sensitive skin or who experience breakouts or irritation with strip waxing. We ask that you refrain from scheduling an appointment when sunburned or while using Accutane or other topical retinoid treatments. If your skin is exceptionally sensitive, you may choose to purchase lidocaine @ 4% from your pharmacy and apply 20-30 minutes prior to your appointment.
Payment
We accept cash or checks only at this time. Your service charge does not include gratuity. This is an optional addition. If you are pleased with your services, you may include a gratuity. Typical gratuities range from 15-20% depending on the treatment.
Gift Certificates
DaisyRoo Skin is pleased to offer gift certificates for any denomination you choose. Gift certificates are available for all services and do not expire. All gift certificate sales are final.
Product Return Policy
We will gladly accept and exchange any unopened and unused product purchased at DaisyRoo Skin within 30 days. Should product be opened or used, you may exchange for a 50% credit towards another product or service.
